1-2-1 Personal Training
London Warriors also offer 1-2-1 personal training, which gives students the opportunity to have dedicated time with their instructor.
At these sessions you can either request to work on certain aspects of your training, to help accelerate your development with sparring, syllabus, techniques, drills, fitness, flexibility, forms and self defence.
Or your instructor can design you a program if you have a particular goal you want to reach.
