If your looking for a total body workout that will increase your stamina, flexibility and strength whilst learning a new skill then Kickboxing is for you.
When you come into a class for a first time you will be greeted by one of our friendly qualified instructors, who will give you a short induction as to what to expect. Once class begins you will be guided through the class ensuring you work to your own level of skill and ability.
All of our kickboxing classes are different but do have one main structure
