Toning / Flexibility / Strength = our classes are designed to assist you with improving your body tone, flexibility and strength. Along with this you can ask your instructor for recommended exercises that you can perform at home which will help accelerate your progress, our instructors are dedicated to helping you achieve your goal.
Gradings = are held every three months, Gradings not only give you additional goals and skills, but also allow you and your instructor to monitor your progress.
Competitions = London Warriors are well known on the competition circuit and compete regularly; this gives students another area to progress and concentrate on if its something they wish to get involved in, all students who have participated in competitions have all reached a level of success, whether they have just done one, just for the experience or competed in many to reaching championship and belt levels. Even if you don’t fancy taking part in competitions there are also other areas in the competition circuit that London Warriors get involved with such as refereeing, judging and timekeeping.

and training instructors, all which will give all our
beginners the assistance they need to improve.
All our instructors remember what its like to be a
beginner, how it can be when you turn up to your
first class not knowing what to expect, especially if you turn up on your own, but our team will make sure you are well looked after and receive a very warm welcome.
