What to Wear

Wear comfortable exercise jogging pants or shorts and a non-restricting t-shirt/vest. Bring a towel and water to class. (Drink plenty of water before, during and after your workout.)

Wear aerobic shoes or other lightweight athletic shoes.

1-2-1 Personal Training and Martial Arts Tuition

1-2-1 personal training and martial arts tuition is available with Tony or Liz. Sessions can be general or with a specific focus tailored to suit your needs for example sparring, flexibility, self defence, weapons or syllabus techniques. Call Tony or Liz to book your appointment.
