Flexibility - Stretching Courses

At London Warriors we like to work and encourage our students to work on all aspects of Martial Arts, this includes flexibility. As with good flexibility, students are able to throw better techniques with less effort, with good composure and posture.

We always include stretching in our classes after our warm up and at the end of class. However, to go that little bit further we also hold dedicated stretching courses every 3 to 6 months, to assist our students to understand and work on improving their flexibility.

Out next Stretching course will be held 24th July 2010 from 14:00 to 17:00 , hosted by Liz Ferioli our elastically flexible machine.

During the course you’ll be taken through different types of stretching along with teaching you the benefits. Showing and teaching you techniques which will increase your flexibility the easiest and fastest way. At the end of this course you’ll have a better understanding on stretching techniques, how to stretch and how to make stretching an exciting and painless experience.

Also as most of the stretching is based on techniques which build strength with flexibility, you’ll also be giving your body a good work out as you stretch without the sweat.

All students who take part will be awarded the London Warriors Flexibility Training Stage 1 Certificate.
