The Crunch Friday 19th June

Dean ‘Deanomite’ Hanley was pre-matched to do a battle with a fighter from Peacocks gym.

As the 2 combatants entered the ring, the atmosphere was electrifying with ample support for both fighters.

Billed for 3 x 2 minute rounds it was promising to be a very exciting affair.

The first round saw the two fighters taking the opportunity to get the measure of each other.

The atmosphere intensified in the second round as they took more risks and become even more adventurous with flashy techniques from both fighters.

In the third and final round ‘Deanomite’ showed how he earned his nickname. He came out of this corner in explosive fashion throwing ‘Dynamite like’ and lightning fast techniques. At the end of the bout, Dean was deservedly given the decisions and walked off with the winner’s trophy.
