The WON (Watford Open Nationals) is a Martial Arts extravaganza held once a year, hosted by Dave and Becky Ryan of Watford Freestyle.
As usual London Warriors attended, lead by Chief Instructor Tony Francis
Representing the Warriors were, Liz Ferioli, Adam Naismith, novices Aiden Claridge and Mark Claridge.
After a long eventful day, Mark Claridge claimed 2nd place in the novice men’s category, whilst Liz Ferioli clamed 3rd place in the women’s brown and black belt category.
Junior Warriors Aiden Claridge progressed on to the quarter finals of the boys under 150cm category, and Adam Naismith displayed a fine example of Martial Arts in the men’s brown and black belt under 75KG category.
It was a very eventful and exciting day for all
