Personal Background

Born in Derby, moved to London 26 years ago. Working as a self employed engineer.

Martial Arts Background

Originally from a boxing background, becoming a British boxing champion at the young age of 16, and amazing all his instructors at how fast he was able to develop and grow in the sport, Tony excelled in the world of boxing, but then discovered kickboxing, and decided to make the switch over 18 years ago.

Tony became so passionate about martial arts that he trained and qualified to become a martial arts instructor 15 years ago.

Tony continues to compete in a number of tournaments at both national and international levels, but dedicates most of his time encouraging students to reaching their goals, no matter which direction they want to take their martial arts in, Tony will be there to help them, no matter how much time or encouragement it takes.

Tony is very well respected by his students, and many of them have followed and continued to train under Tony for many years.

Due to Tony’s vast knowledge and adaptable skills every class he takes not only teaches students new skills in Martial Arts, but is also able to bring in new and amazing exercises and techniques which keep all his students excited.

Tony has trained European, British, and Southern Area Champions

Kickboxing Instructor Diploma (NAKMAS Certified)

CRB Enhanced

WAKO Official Certified Referee, Judge and Time Keeper

Hobbies

Football, tennis and going to the gym. Reading, socialising and listening to music (especially R & B).
